Gaming PC's don't live up to their name unless you spend a minimum of 2K. The best thing to get is a high performance laptop/desktop which is cheaper and really just as good! You could also consider a mac which is a super alternative and there is new software to run any software that windows can run so compatability may not be a problem; although macs being quite expensive (£865 for the cheapest laptop) it is worth considering.
Techee talk stuff to look out for in buying a laptop:
- 2-4gb RAM (or more)
- 200+ memory -not the most important but a large disk space means you can store your games and means your laptop has enough space to run on.
- good graphics card (look into it)
- Fast disc playing (incase you want to play software/games from a disk)
If a Desktop/Laptop has all that it is likely to be powerful and able to play all your PC games although you should always look into a Desktop/Laptop before you buy it.
